Our story

ETF has supported the delivery of T Levels since 2019 and was awarded a four‑year contract by the DfE in February 2020, later extended in February 2024 to continue into the 2024–25 and 2025–26 academic years.

We're proud of everything achieved through the TLPD offer over the past six years. Together, we've supported thousands of teachers, leaders and practitioners, strengthened teaching practice and contributed to better outcomes for learners across the FE and skills sector.

Listen to the educators at LaSWAP Consortium as they speak about how ETF supported them in getting ready for T Level delivery.

Our impact

Have your say

The TLPD programme was a success because people like you made a difference. Share your reflections and/or a thank you on social media using the hashtags #TLPDReflections and #TLPDThankYous.

Here’s what people who’ve experienced the programme have to say:

"With the support of the ETF, what’s been really valuable is that it’s not just working with one person within the organisation, that the ETF offer support and guidance across the whole organisation from working with our senior leaders, middle managers, individual teaching teams and teachers. It’s allowed us to generate that holistic support that’s needed around the T Level and our wider delivery needs." - David Hodgson, Quality Assurance Lead, Trafford and Stockport College Group

"We've now got an offer that's probably one of the best in the country and we wouldn't have necessarily done that as quickly as we've done if it wasn't for us engaging with ETF's T Level Professional Development program.” - Ken Merry, Principle and Chief Executive, York College
