Temporary service downtime

While we complete the transition, ll ETF online systems, including our Learning and Booking platforms, will be temporarily unavailable until Wednesday 1 April.

Please note that the ETF Booking system and SET website are now closed.

From Wednesday 1 April, MyETF will be your new single ETF account to access membership, as well as book and access all ETF courses, resources, CPD and events.

If you are booked on a scheduled online or in-person course during this time, it will still go ahead as planned, all the details will have been emailed to you.

Your membership continues uninterrupted and we will be in touch shortly with your membership renewal notice.

What does this mean for members?

As ETF and SET come together under one professional body, membership becomes central to how we support the sector. This means greater investment in your professional experience and clearer access to the full range of ETF support.

• SET Membership will become ETF Membership
• Your membership and professional status (including QTLS and ATS) will continue without interruption (subject to current ETF Membership)
• Your membership history will be transferred automatically
• We’ll be in touch in the next few weeks with your membership renewal notice

We are making this change to better support your practice, strengthen teaching and learning outcomes, and continue developing your professional identity and career.

Many of you told us that navigating separate systems and experiences was frustrating. We’ve listened and are creating one single ETF online experience – more joined-up, more personalised and more relevant to your professional development.

This new experience will make it easier to access the tools and development opportunities that support your teaching practice and career progression.
