You will gain the strategic clarity, transformation toolkit, boardroom confidence and risk insight needed to maximise your impact as Chair, supported by curated learning, mentoring from experienced FE Chairs and a powerful peer network.

Key Programme dates

This programme consists of one residential and three masterclasses followed by mentoring arranged between the delegate and mentor and optional agile learning sets. 

Once you're booked on, you'll receive an email with a link to access your programme. Alternatively, you can access them through the MyLearning area of your MyETF account.

Course fees and Fully Funded Places

For Department for Education (DfE)-funded courses, a limited number of fully funded places are available to participants. These places are offered to support greater diversity in access to high-quality CPD.

These places are offered to support greater diversity in access to high-quality CPD. To qualify, participants must either:

• consider themselves to have a disability; or

• come from a Black or minority ethnic community.

If you do not qualify for a fully funded place, full course fee per participant is £350.
