Who is this for?
New and experienced board Chairs looking to reflect on and refine their strategic leadership and use this to maximise the positive impact of the remainder of their time as Chair. Participants must be chairing the board of a college or be a Deputy Chair in order to participate.
Programme structure
The programme contains:
- A one-day residential with overnight stay in Birmingham,
- Three in person ‘unlearning/relearning’ masterclasses that approach management and leadership issues
- Mentoring from experienced board chairs
- Optional agile learning sets to support participants in exploring and dealing with emerging and current issues in their work.
