This course explores the phrase ‘taking the board online’ and considers what impact this might have on the board and the role of the chair.
You will look at how to evaluate the skills and development needs of the current board and senior management team, as well as how to assess the risks of virtual governance, including data management and cybersecurity.
Who is this for?
This proficient-level course is particularly useful for governors who may have served for more than two years and may be seeking to develop a deeper understanding across key governance topics.
