Programme aim
In these podcasts, you’ll consider the key responsibilities associated with your role as a trustee.
The podcasts take the form of two conversations between experts who:
- discuss the legal basis for the charitable purpose of college corporations – and the implications for governors as trustees
- explore a case study about a college deciding whether to establish a food bank for its students – and the potential considerations for governors in this situation.
Who is this for?
This core-level resource is particularly useful for governors who have served for under two years, or established governors seeking to refresh and update their knowledge in key governance topics.
