In this online course, you will explore the purpose and value of the college self-assessment report and the quality improvement process, and the governors’ role in these. You will look at how to use key organisational and sector-benchmarked performance data, and how the effectiveness of teaching, learning and assessment is monitored in your college.

Who is this for?

This core-level course is particularly useful for governors who have served for under two years, or established governors seeking to refresh and update their knowledge in key governance topics.
