In this resource, you’ll explore the board’s role in planning how financial resources should be used and managed in line with Government guidelines.
You’ll consider how this supports a college to meet its objectives as a public-sector organisation, operate in a business-like way and ensure maximum sustainability value in the long run.
Who is this for?
This proficient-level resource is aimed at governors who are working towards chairing a committee, or those currently serving as a committee chair for less than two years. Proficient-level courses and resources move beyond an introductory level of learning and develop practical skills that can support the leadership of key governance functions.
