Take part in an exploration of practical strategies and approaches for creating an inclusive environment and welcoming community for learners with SEND.
Who is this for?
This is for a Leader or Manager in the FE and skills sector.
Programme structure
This is a live online event lasting 75 minutes and is delivered by City College Norwich.
• These sessions are not recorded.
• All resources and slides will be sent to attendees within a few days after the session to attendees only.
• A certificate will be available via your MyETF MyLearning dashboard.
What will you gain?
The session will explore collaboration between departments and teams to provide an inclusive atmosphere and culture for all SEND and higher needs learners. Fostering inclusive learning in social spaces and tailoring and adapting support levels to support confidence building and promote independence. We will discuss strategies for sharing best practice and how we upskill staff in various college roles to enhance the student experience for learners with SEND
