Programme aim

In this Luminate-led session, participants will explore how Labour Market Information (LMI) can be used to support SEND learners in identifying meaningful opportunities and exploring future pathways.

The session will consider practical approaches for embedding LMI into careers conversations, curriculum planning and progression activities, alongside approaches for signposting learners to external organisations, employer opportunities and specialist support.

Drawing on Luminate’s experience, the session will showcase strategies that support SEND learners to engage with careers guidance, employer encounters and future planning.

Participants will explore approaches that encourage informed decision-making and help create inclusive opportunities for learners as they progress towards education, employment or training.
