Through interactive activities and collaborative discussion, participants will identify the structural barriers that can prevent effective Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) planning and explore practical ways to overcome them. The session will support participants to map early intervention pathways and shift from reactive, crisis-driven approaches towards purposeful, destination-led planning, ensuring that preparation for adulthood is embedded from the earliest stages of a learner’s educational journey.
