Discover how an integrated approach to career guidance can improve outcomes for SEND and high needs learners. This webinar explores the three core pillars of an effective CEIAG model, how to measure its impact using key frameworks and data, and the role of collaboration across an organisation. Participants will leave with practical ideas and shared actions to overcome barriers and strengthen career guidance in their own setting.
Programme aim
In this Luminate Education Group-led session, participants will explore how an integrated approach to Career Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) can improve outcomes for SEND and high needs learners.
The session will introduce the three core pillars of an effective integrated model—curriculum integration, a whole-organisation approach, and partnership and employer engagement—and demonstrate how these work together to create meaningful and inclusive career pathways.
Participants will also examine how key drivers, including the Gatsby Benchmarks, destination data and local labour market information (LMI), can be used to evaluate impact and strengthen the quality of CEIAG provision.
Through discussion and practical reflection, attendees will identify barriers within their own organisation and leave with actionable ideas to support a more collaborative, joined-up approach to career guidance for SEND and high needs learners.
