Governance Training
The online Governor Inductions aim to help support new college governors gain a better understanding of their role and the further education sector. These events are delivered by the Association of Colleges and are free to attend.
Programme aim
• Support new college governors to gain a better understanding of their role and the further education sector.
• Prepare new governors to be effective strategic leaders of their institutions.
Who is this for?
This course is suitable for new college governors who have been in their role for under 12 months and prior to that out of the further education sector for over a year and not attended an induction before.

This is a two-hour live online session.
