In this course, you’ll explore your responsibilities as a governor in relation to senior post holders (SPHs).
Because the board appoints SPHs and directly oversees aspects of their management, its members have obligations that cannot be fully delegated to the principal/CEO. You’ll consider what these are and look at lines of reporting.

This proficient-level course is particularly useful for governors who may have served for more than two years and may be seeking to develop a deeper understanding across key governance topics.
