Are you delivering or leading Initial Teacher Education (ITE) qualifications in the Further Education (FE) and Skills sector? The ITE Community of Practice is your opportunity to collaborate, learn, and grow with peers across the sector. Join the next ITE Network event to discuss how we can best support early career trainees as they begin their journey in FE colleges and training providers. Together, we'll explore practical approaches to building strong mentor-mentee partnerships and creating a positive foundation for success from the outset.

Aim of event

ETF Network events are interactive, discussion-based sessions designed to encourage participation, collaboration and the sharing of ideas. During this event, you'll have the opportunity to connect with colleagues in breakout rooms and discuss:

  1. How do you spot struggling trainees early in the term?
  2. What makes a mentor relationship work well in FE?

Those delivering or leading Initial Teacher Education (ITE) qualifications in the Further Education (FE) and Skills sector.
