Maximise the impact of support staff on learner progress in post-16 settings. This webinar explores effective deployment, clear roles and responsibilities, and practical strategies for planning, questioning, feedback, and promoting learner independence.

Programme aim

Examine how unclear roles and passive support limit learner progress, and how a shift to active learning facilitation improves outcomes.

Teachers and practitioners in the FE and Skills sector; managers.

Programme structure

This is a live online event lasting 60 minutes and is delivered by City of Sunderland College (EPNE).
