Embrace equity, diversity, and inclusion as a personal priority and equip delegates with the necessary skills to implement impactful changes within organisations for both staff and learners.
Key Programme dates
The online programme consists of one core module and four optional modules. Participants are required to complete at least the core and one option module to complete the training.
The core module is generic to all leadership roles whereas option modules provide the opportunity to differentiate, depending on the leader’s role, remit, and/or development need.
Once you're booked on, you'll receive an email with a link to access your programme and attendance information. Alternatively, you can access them through the MyLearning area of your MyETF account.

- Core module 1: 8 February 2027, 3.00 - 5.00pm - Introducing Inclusive Leadership in Further Education and Skills
Four option modules
- Option module 1: 22 February 2027, 3.00 - 5.00pm - Barriers to and Mechanisms for Facilitating Inclusion in Your Organisation
- Optional module 2: 1 March 2027, 3.00 - 5.00pm - Identifying and Implementing Positive and Productive Change and Creating a Culture of inclusivity in Non-Academic Teams
- Optional module 3: 8 March 2027, 3.00 - 5.00pm - Leading Inclusive Curriculum
- Optional module 4: 15 March 2027, 3.00 - 5.00pm - The Digital Age: Cause or Cure?
