An immersive continuing development programme combining two residential experiences, outside-in provocation, and trusted peer challenge to strengthen judgement, confidence, and system leadership.
Key Programme dates
This programme is delivered between the dates shown below. Once you've booked on you'll receive an email with information on each element.
- 8 December 2026 - 90 minute online programme launch
- 12 - 14 January 2027 - 1st two night immersive residential
- End of April 2027 - 2nd two night immersive residential (Final date TBC)
The dates of the following parts of the programme will be determined with the group:
- x1 120 minute post-module online whole-group session
- x3 90 minute post-modular online small-group sessions
