This programme is designed to strengthen the strategic capabilities of further education and skills leaders and support their role as system-wide change agents.

Please note that the booking deadline for this programme is 30 November 2026 so that delegates can participate in the pre-residential activities detailed below.

Key Programme information 

During the Autumn term:

Delegates will take part in activities starting in November at the CEO Programme Development Centre. This includes:

  • Completion of psychometrics and 360 feedback
  • Leadership and Professional Development conversation

These will be scheduled between the delegates and the development centre delivery partner - GatenbySanderson.

During the Spring term:

Delegates will take part in a five day residential starting on 1 March 2027.

  • Times: Arrival 1 March 2027, 12:00pm, departing 5 March 2027 at 2:00pm
  • Location: Global Leadership Centre (GLC): Osney Power Station, Oxford, OX1 1TB
