Join Dr Abbie Cairns to explore the role of an FE teacher as a multifaceted professional identity shaped by pedagogical, disciplinary, relational, and organisational demands.
Aim of event
The session will introduce the Network of Enterprises model, supporting FE practitioners to recognise the dynamic interplay between their educator, subject-specialist, and other roles and responsibilities.
