This Network event will explore the concept of Pathological Demand Avoidance within FE contexts and consider how inclusive, neuro-affirming approaches can support learners with SEND while enhancing practice for all students. Rachel Crutcher from the PDA Society will introduce key principles, common learner experiences, and practical strategies that can help practitioners better understand and respond to demand-avoidant profiles.
