How it works

Once your request has been submitted with ETF, your organisation will be assigned and allocated an expert reviewer.

The ETF reviewer sends a needs analysis form for your organisation to complete, helping them to identify priority areas and key themes for your review.

The ETF reviewer will analyse your submitted documentation (policies, processes, learner support evidence) to gain an understanding of your current SEND provision.

A one day visit is scheduled, during which the reviewer conducts meetings, learning walks, and 
resource audits to gather further evidence.

Following the visit, the ETF reviewer will produce a comprehensive report with findings, strengths, and practical, actionable recommendations for improvement.

In addition, your organisation can commission an additional follow-up meeting to review progress, discuss implementation, and support continued improvement.
