FIONA STILWELL

Fiona is CEO and a Board member at PETA Training & Consultancy, with over 25 years’ experience in the further education and skills sector across independent training providers and colleges. She has held senior leadership roles focused on apprenticeship delivery and business growth, including roles at Babcock and Activate Learning, where she led strategic expansion of apprenticeship provision.

Fiona brings strong sector insight shaped by her work with employers, providers and policymakers. She has contributed to ESFA and DfE consultations, supported the development of higher level engineering standards, and engaged with sector bodies including GTA England and the Association of Colleges.

She has also held a number of non executive and board roles, where she supports organisational development and governance.
