Do your staff have the skills required to support effective accessible technology? This Natspec-run session will discuss a competency framework for assistive technology training and signpost to resources to enhance your progression in this area.
Programme aim
This session, facilitated by Natspec, discusses the skills required by staff to deliver effective assistive and accessible technology. Various CPD opportunities will be presented alongside a competency framework for effective assistive technology training, covering a range of roles in education. Aimed at both managers who wish to develop a strategic approach and frontline staff who are looking at what skills they need to develop. A pathway from basic digital skills through to expert knowledge will be outlined with appropriate resources for different roles.

Teachers, managers and practitioners in the FE and Skills sector.
Programme structure
This is a live online event lasting 75 minutes and is delivered by Natspec.
