Safer recruitment is an essential part of safeguarding children, young people and adults at risk. This course covers the key legislation and principles of safer recruitment in the FE and Skills sector.

Programme aim

This course explore the laws, principles, concepts and processes relevant to safer recruitment practice and the importance of safer recruitment in the FE and Skills sector.

This programme is designed for staff in the Further Education and Skills sector with any level of responsibility for safer recruitment at their organisation.

Programme structure

This is an eLearning course which takes on average two hours to complete.
