Strengthen your leadership capability as a middle leader within the further education and skills sector using practical leadership and strategic skills.

Key Programme dates

This programme consists of six modules delivered across six online sessions on the dates shown below. Once you're booked on, you'll receive an email with a link to access your programme. Alternatively, you can access them through the MyLearning area of your MyETF account.

  • This programme will run over four six sessions on the following dates;

    • 5 October 2:30 - 5:00pm - module 1, online
    • 19 October 2:30 - 5:00om - module 2, online
    • 2 November 2:30 - 5:00pm - module 3, online
    • 16 November 2:30 - 5:00pm - module 4, online 
    • 30 November 2:30 - 5:00pm - module 5, online
    • 14 December 2:30 - 5:00pm - module 6, online

Course fees and Fully Funded Places

For Department for Education (DfE)-funded courses, a limited number of fully funded places are available to participants. These places are offered to support greater diversity in access to high-quality CPD.

• consider themselves to have a disability; or

• come from a Black or minority ethnic community.

If you do not qualify for a fully funded place, full course fee per participant is £325.
