In this online course, you will explore each stage of the governor recruitment cycle and look at the skills you need to:
- principles of recruitment for the governing body
- board member roles and individual responsibilities
- effective practice for recruiting new governors
- equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging (EDIB) in the recruitment process.
Who is this for?
This core-level resource is particularly useful for governors who have served for under two years, or established governors seeking to refresh and update their knowledge in key governance topics.
