Key Programme dates
This programme is a high-quality blended development journey delivered between October 2026 and June 2026, combining immersive residentials, coaching, small group and whole group online development sessions.

- 20 October: Programme launch, 120 minute online session
- 24-26 November: 1st Immersive residential - two nights, across three days
- w/c 7 December: 1st inter-residential 90 minute small group online coaching session
- w/c 25 January: 2nd inter-residential 90 minute small group online coaching session
- 2-4 March: 2nd Immersive residential - two nights, across three days
- 20 April: 120 minute post-residential whole group online development session
- w/c 10 May: 1st 90 minute small group online development session
- w/c 20th June: 2nd 90 minute small group online development session
