This course explores enhancing pedagogy & practice in apprenticeships.
Programme aim
‘Enhancing Pedagogy and Professional Practice’ is one of two courses designed to support effective technical teaching in apprenticeships.
The course will explore the evolving national context and the importance of dual professionalism.
It will look at assessing need, inducting apprentices and delivering inclusive teaching, learning and assessment, while taking account of key themes like collaboration, technology and overcoming barriers.
Who is this for?
This programme is designed for managers and delivery staff.
Provider staff who are involved in teaching, or preparing to deliver, apprenticeships.
Programme structure
This is an eLearning course which on average takes six to eight hours to complete.
