This workshop looks at how the board leads the college and its staff. It features a range of activities to explore equality and diversity, as well as the board’s role in HR practice. It also takes a wider look at organisational culture and change, and how this is influenced at board level.
Key Programme dates
This programme consists of one two-hour live online session. Once you're booked on, you'll receive an email with a link to access your programme and attendance information. Alternatively, you can access them through the MyLearning area of your MyETF account.
