Programme aim
This course focuses on the value of equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging (EDIB) to your vision and strategy – and how to create an inclusive organisation that reflects the demographics of the communities you serve.
As you move through the course, you’ll consider:
- the roles and responsibilities of the board in relation to the organisation’s EDIB strategy
- how creating an inclusive organisation benefits learners, staff and the wider community
- using data to measure progress in this area.
Who is this for?
This core-level resource is particularly useful for governors who have served for under two years, or established governors seeking to refresh and update their knowledge in key governance topics.
