Building on the foundations established in Part 1, this webinar focuses on the impact of the Unseen Observation approach in practice. Through reflections, feedback, and emerging evidence, participants will explore the benefits, challenges, and lessons learned from implementation. The session will also consider future opportunities for development, scaling, and innovation, inviting discussion on how the approach can continue to evolve and support authentic professional learning and improvements in practice across organisations.
Aim of event
During the webinar, we will:
- Understand the principles and purposes of Unseen Observation as a model of dialogic professional learning
- Explore the impact of a model of dialogic professional learning on practitioners' professional practice and development
- Identify opportunities to embed and expand the approach within their own organisations
- Gain insight into the value of sector-wide collaboration in driving innovation and improvement
