The annual review of our continuing professional development (CPD) platforms will be taking place in August 2025 to ensure we continue to provide the best possible experience for users. The ETF’s Professional Development Platform (PDP) will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from Friday 1 August to Monday 18 August 2025. 

During this time, the platform will be temporarily unavailable. 

Why is the PDP being updated? 

This planned maintenance is part of our ongoing work to improve the platform’s performance, reliability, and user experience. The downtime allows us to complete essential updates and testing to ensure the system continues to run smoothly for all users. 

Actions you can take during the downtime

Apply for T Level Leadership Mentoring programme by 29 August 2025 

If you’re involved in operational leadership for T Levels or the T Level Foundation Year, you can still apply for the T Level Leadership Mentoring programme while the PDP is offline. 

Submit your application by 29 August 2025.

Access online and live online courses on the LMS 

You can continue to access TLPD courses through the ETF Learning Platform. Simply log in to your ETF account to book a course, or create an account if you’re new to the platform.

What to expect after the PDP reopens

Complete a new Individual Training Needs Analysis (ITNA) 

Once the updated PDP goes live in late August, all users will be asked to complete a new Individual Training Needs Analysis (ITNA). This ensures your T Level Professional Development (TLPD) resource and training recommendations are tailored for the 2025/26 academic year. 

From September onwards 

Look forward to updates to the TLPD offer for 2025/2026. Log in to your ETF account to book courses, or create an account if you don’t have one yet.
