The Education Training Foundation (ETF) has launched the ‘Your Voice in FE and Skills’ survey, part of a profession-wide research initiative designed to understand the challenges and priorities of those working in further education (FE) and skills so that ETF can better support the sector’s workforce.
This research is being conducted independently by Membership Matters on behalf of ETF and all responses are completely confidential and anonymous. The insights gathered will help ETF design programmes, tools, and opportunities that genuinely reflect the day-to-day reality of working in the FE and skills sector.
The survey takes less than ten minutes to complete and the deadline for responses is Wednesday 26 November. Those taking part have a chance to win two tickets to the 2026 ETF Teaching and Learning Conferences (with a choice of London and Leeds locations), worth £350.
