How to apply
All tender documentation and submission instructions are available via the MyTenders website.
To bid for a tender:

you must be registered as a ‘supplier’ (registration is free).

Once registered, click on the relevant tender to express your interest and download all documentation.

For transparency, please submit any questions you may have about the tender via the messaging function on the MyTenders website, by the stated deadline.

Upload and submit your response via the MyTenders website by the stated deadline to be considered.
Central Digital Platform (CDP)
To be eligible to bid for ETF’s opportunities - and comply with the Public Procurement Regulations 2024, suppliers must register on the Central Digital Platform.
If you are not already registered:

Register your organisation on the CDP

Share your CDP code and downloadable file with ETF when submitting your bid.

You can also register on the public sector Contracts Finder or Supply2Gov (and ensure you have entered the keywords ‘education’ ‘training’ and ‘further education’) to see the latest opportunities.
